- What did you like most?Location was perfect, a little secret road just behind Tottenham court
- Was there anything you didn't like?dont take breakfast here.. they only serve breakfast from 830 to 1030, so if you come to London for work, its useless. breakfast is also not a 'real breakfast', just some old croissants and coffee and tea the restaurant area is a pub few minutes walking, by itself the atmosphere in the pub is good, but this is not what you would expect from a hotel in this price category also the room was considerably smaller than it appeared on the photos, it does nowhere have any castle voice, its just a modern building with mini hotel rooms, no lobby whatsoever, just a pub some distance away where you can sit when its open And as a last surprise, few days after my stay, the hotel charged an unexpected amount to my creditcard without consent. After requesting what this was for, they mentioned it was a voluntary 'service charge', which they felt the staff was allowed to charge to my card without consent. I dont necesarry disagree with 'service charges' but they must be initiated by me, at moment of checkout, and not randomly charged to my card without consent. I call this 'theft' Stay away from this hotel
Exciting, central location and lovely...
- What did you like most?Loved the hotel, the location is excellent and the theme and vibe were great. Our room was very well stocked with everything and really comfortable luxurious bed. The hotel Bar across the road served excellent Cocktails and Sushi too, just note to book a table if you want to call in on a weekend evening.
