Very Clean but NO heat

- Was there anything you didn't like?First, I would like to acknowledge what was positive: the room was very clean and spacious. However, I had a very poor experience due to the heating. When I arrived around 9 PM, the room temperature was only 54°F. Initially, I was unable to adjust the thermostat, and it was impossible to sleep in such conditions. I contacted management around 9:45 PM and again at 10:30 PM. Since there is no on-site reception, it became clear that I would need to resolve the issue myself. After two calls and some guidance, I was finally able to adjust the settings. Even then, the heating system was extremely slow and ineffective. By midnight, the temperature had only reached about 59–60°F. Despite setting the thermostat to 75°F, the temperature increased by only about 2 degrees per hour. I had to sleep wearing a scarf and layering towels on top of the blanket just to stay warm. By 7:00 AM, the room had only reached 67°F and never came close to the set temperature. My question is simple: how can a room with a malfunctioning heating system be rented during winter? Unfortunately, this made for a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.
