Everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay
- What did you like most?This is a smaller resort, which we loved. Even though it was full, it rarely felt crowded and we never really waited for any service. As a family resort, they do a good job of providing spaces that suit both kids and adults. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view. There was a nice variety of food and the quality quite good and consistent. The tacos are a standout. The activities and events staff were particularly great. We had a wonderful feast on the beach for Christmas - delicious!
- Was there anything you didn't like?DO NOT book your excursion with Ruta Maya (the company the resort uses). We visited Tulum, a cenotes and swam with turtles. The activities themselves were fine, but our guide and driver were grumpy and seemed bored with the whole process. At the resort it would be great if there were a few more onsite activity options and a bit more sports equipment that was accessible and in good condition. People should know the beach is still covered in seaweed. This is not the resort's fault, and they work tirelessly to clean it up, but travelers should know the beach is not ideal.

- What did you like most?Best resort I have ever been to, the food was high quality and burn your mouth hot! The drinks were strong, pools, restaurants were spotless! Carlos at the front desk was an amazing help!
