- What did you like most?The room was nice and clean. We stayed at the hotel on November 26, turned on the heat, and to my surprise the AC ran quietly — I was pleasantly impressed.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We checked in late at night, and the receptionist said there was a system issue and she couldn’t give us our room key. She said she would slide it under our door in the morning, but it never appeared. We went back to the front desk at breakfast and finally got the key. I’m not lowering my rating for this, but I would appreciate better attention to details.
