Awful pool and front desk worker

• What did you like most?
  The room was decent. But you could tell they cut corners. For example, the drain in the sink did not work. The pool smelled of illegal drugs. When I asked the lady at the front desk about this, she said it was a construction smell. This was clearly not the case. It was also freezing cold. I booked this hotel FOR the pool and having 4 kids that would enjoy it. We were not able to swim that evening or the next morning. It still smelled horrible and the pool was still cold the next day.
• Was there anything you didn't like?
  The lady at the front desk was one of the rudest hotel employees I’ve ever been around. You could tell she did not want any confrontation about the swimming pool not working. Thus she decided to retaliate on me. When my kids were playing in the hotel room the following morning, my 2 year old accidentally pushed the emergency button on the phone. Instead of stopping at my room and asking If there truly was an issue, she called the local police department. About 10 minutes later, a police officer arrived at our hotel door, and I explained to him that it was an accident.

  breakfast was excellent.
