For a short 4-day stay, it was a pleasant experience for the first leg of our Yucatan trip.
- What did you like most?We liked the cleanliness of the public space, including the pool area.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The beach could have been cleaner without the sargassum weeds. Our room was nice enough but we could see some tired spots here and there that need upkeep and maintenance. We couldn’t book the à la carte restaurants that we wanted as the times were already reserved when we arrived.

- What did you like most?The property is real big and beautiful. The staff stayed on top of everything it was clean and the people was amazing
- Was there anything you didn't like?When I first got there 02/17/2025 they said they couldn’t find my booking that took a minute, I also let the hotel know it was my birthday to why I was staying and they emailed me back saying they would leave a note or something in my room but when I got there my room wasn’t ready i believe. I finally get to the room and it’s beautiful. But when I got to the bathroom the tub had hair all in it like it wasn’t cleaned so after that I figured nothing is clean . Good thing I bring cleaning stuff . Okay I called for them to come clean it the ladies who came didn’t even clean I they just tried to rinse it but I wasn’t going for Half work okay the next day is my bday and they still didn’t do anything for me yet so I went to thru thing where if I went to a presentation I can get a romantic dinner for $80 now I thought $80 that’s great right so me and my partner did it and it was beautiful. I ordered the chicken and she ordered the steak well when I got my dinner I took one bite and seen it was RAW chicken completely raw and no so I didn’t eat it and told the server well he was so nice but he didn’t understand me which was fine so I told another person they said to tell another so I did well the next day comes my partner had to remind them like hey my girl birthday passed and no one did anything for it so when it was time to check out I’m like okay ima see if I can get the dinner canceled. They said they can’t that I had to email someone so I did that on 02/20/2026 it’s 02/24/2026 and no one’s gotten back to me after he said it will take 24/48 hours I can show pictures to get it reimbursed. See my thing is you can’t go give people uncooked food for the birthday . The food was 3/10 the desserts 1/10.
