Good
- What did you like most?We stayed on the 3rd floor building 18 on a swim out suite. The view was incredible and the room was very nice. The place is taken care of not perfectly but good enough. The service employees are all very friendly and helpful. The room service was very good, good selection, good tasting quick food and the employees delivered quickly. The AC they have in the room works amazingly well.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There is a few things we did not like and most likely won’t be coming back. First of the whole beach is unswimable they have concrete blocks all over the beach to break the waves and It’s also pretty rocky. We thought that I would be amazing to have access to 3 resorts and enjoy all the properties. We soon found out that it was a bad idea. They basically want you to use the other property’s restaurants and it can take forever to get a shuttle to go all the way to the furtherest property for breakfast or dinner. The second thing is that our concierge promised somethings that were not delivered and messed up some of our reservations. They were very pushy trying to get us to attend a timeshare presentation and every morning when we would come down from our room they would ask the same thing. They would also call us early in the morning and wake us up trying to have us come down to talk to them. And lastly, the food was not that great. It was pretty bland and I wasn’t impressed with the selection. The map you are given does not state when and what times each restaurant is open or what the dress code is (very important since you have to shuttle from one side to the other only to get denied entrance). They have an app that has all the right information except a map, you can’t order anything through it even though it seems like you can. They want you to do everything through the concierge which I find very annoying because I want to be able to enjoy a vacation without being pressured into a sales presentation every time I need something. For the price we paid, they fall very short of being a diamond hotel or luxury resort. When you have dinner at “Las Fuentes” restaurant and they have a $10 dlls fee extra per person, but what they don’t tell you is that is another sales tactic to sell you a wine tasting for $45 dlls once sited when they claim to be a gourmet all-inclusive resort.
