disappointing but not horrible!
- What did you like most?The outside of the building is pretty! I wouldn’t say it necessarily looks like the main photo you see with all the greenery but it has a cute vintage vibe! also, the little bar/restaurant was nice!
- Was there anything you didn't like?the valet staff weren’t very helpful (when we needed something from the vehicle they walked us out to the parking garage in the dark, went back inside, and had us go get suitcases from upstairs rather than pulling the car around?) and the front desk staff weren’t very kind (except for this one man, i just can’t remember his name but he was nice!), the rest of them just seemed snobby to be honest. we had just spent the past 6 nights at the Garden of the Gods Resort, and the service and staff was impeccable so the Cliff House may have seemed more subpar in such close comparison. if you have a choice, stay at the Garden of the Gods Resort!
