- What did you like most?The overall quality is great and the comfort of the facilities is outstanding. The safety of the patrons property being on site is never a problem. I stay here often and will continue as it's my favorite hotel in Rapid City.
- Was there anything you didn't like?A tow truck kept circling through the parking lot and I felt a little uneasy about that situation. I reported it to the front desk and they weren't aware that it was happening. Predatory towing is a thing and I wouldn't want to be a victim of a situation that makes my stay stressful and I feel nobody else would either.
