Nonamenities, no warning, no stay
- What did you like most?We left upon arrival as this hotel clearly is committong fraud by claiming to provide amenities they do not provide.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Upon arrival, pool had sign up stating it was closed, was told by front desk it needed filters, but told previous guest it was under construction. When asked about in room coffee makers, an amenity they list, we were told the only available coffee was in the lobby. Phone nimber perpetually rings to a message that they are not taking calls. Just best to do what we did and go somewhere else, the comfort inn is in the same price range just up the street and has in room coffee, a pool and hot tub that are actually open, and a good breakfast. Will never book a stay at this hotel again.
Pleasant
