Disappointing
- What did you like most?Great location. Staff was very nice. So good ratings there. But our room was very tiny. I have stayed at this facility many many times. And I’ve never had this small of a room. Also, we couldn’t call the front desk using the room phone. There was no cord to plug it into the wall. We had about a half of a roll of toilet paper. We asked for room service and the only thing we received was towels. We had two washcloths for two people for a whole weekend. We asked for a fan twice. Once we called the facility and ones at the front desk. Our room was very warm and the temperature was hard to adjust. As you can imagine, my girlfriend and I are around 60. So we do suffer from some hot flashes! There were a couple of other things too. Usually, we have a good experience at this hotel and stay there at least once or twice a year.
