Overall it’s not a bad hotel, it’s just not worth over $100/night.
- What did you like most?The heated pool.
- Was there anything you didn't like?False advertising leading customers to believe their amenities and facilities are “resort” worthy. The kid area was messy and catered to older kids. The craft area never opened. The WiFi didn’t work. Pickleball and gym area were non existent. It’s a Motel with access only from outside. When I asked if I had a patio I was told yes, yet there were no chairs and my ground level door opened to a literal parking lot. The refrigerator was not cold, non of my food kept cold. Was charged $22 for breakfast on booking when I could have bought it at the hotel for $17.
