Ckean and convient, but disappointing customer service.

- Was there anything you didn't like?I accidentally booked the wrong nite on Bookings.com. After talking with the front desk at the hotel they said they would refund the me that night as long as i stayed with them that night (the night I originally needed) It has been five days of trying to get them to approve the cancellation so i could get a refund from Bookings and still nothing. Essentially have now paid $400 for one night stay. Nothing wrong with the hotel but this customer service as a Hilton Honors member, is poor.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Our power in the room went out on the second floor the second night on our floor. We were on the 5 floor. All the other floors had power. Showering should be done with lights on.
