Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note that guests booking 11 or more rooms may be contacted by the property to make the payment within the next 72 hours to guarantee the reservation. Please note that children aged 2 to 12 have extra charge, which must be paid for directly at the front desk upon arrival. - What did you like most?Good location. Friendly staff.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Old building needs a lot of renovations. Clogged drain in the bathroom sink. Air cooling thermostat was not easy to navigate. Problems with TV, couldn’t watch TV pretty much all the day.

- What did you like most?the hotel has a gorgeous ocean view. bartending and food were amazing, and staff were wonderful. I tend to be a picky eater, and the buffet still had so many delicious options, pushing me to branch out. I Can’t emphasize enough how friendly and hard working the staff are. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. Lots of entertainment at the pool throughout the day, and fun shows at night.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Rooms were a little hot, would’ve liked a fan or some kind of air conditioning. Beach had some seaweed build up along the sand and in the shallow water, kind of had to jump over it to get to the water lol. If you don’t mind the seaweed, the beach is still a great option! (I acknowledge that this is mostly out of their control.)
