- What did you like most?All of the staff were very accommodating and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff were very attentive, very special mention to Sai who was so friendly and remembered my coffee order everyday! The room was lovely and plenty of space, and the hotel is in a perfect location… we were able to walk most places and catching a bus or the tube was also very central
