It was suppose to be a relaxing trip before I start Chemo and it was everything but relaxing. The hot tub on the balcony
- What did you like most?Location and the beach
- Was there anything you didn't like?I had cold water the entire stay and they kept telling me that my water was fine. The offered to move me the day before I left. I was there Thursday-Sunday and offered to move me on Saturday.
Not satisfied
- Was there anything you didn't like?The entrance has an open concept but without AC the whole lobby area and the rest of the floor where the restaurants were did not have any AC and was HOT, no windows as well, while having dinner at the Japanese restaurant we were sat outside and it was not pleasant eating and sweating at the same time. The staff from The buffet area were not polite like other hotels I’ve stayed at! People would skip line to get food and they actually skipped me being that I was there first. But the main thing was that there was no AC in all the hotel except for the rooms and it was hot! AC was not working for us and our room was hot! And the beds were not comfortable! And our mini fridge was not filled every day. Oh and the breakfast Buffett was always the same every morning.So if you ask me if I was to stay there again NO.
