Flat-screen satellite TV, a mini-bar and tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the air-conditioned rooms at Crowne Plaza. They also include a work desk. Some rooms also come with lounge access. A steam bath, a fitness room and a sauna are available at the hotel. The Crowne Plaza also benefits from grounds with a pond where guests can go jogging. International dishes are served in the restaurant or outside on the terrace. Over 20 different types of beer and a range of cocktails are offered at The B@r. The NATO headquarters are less than a 10-minute drive away. Crowne Plaza Airport is 15 minutes’ from the Atomium by car. Guests can make use of a free airport shuttle available every 20 minutes. The free airport shuttle runs everyday from 06:00 until 22:50, every 25 minutes. Outside these operating hours, the hotel does not provide complimentary transport to or from the airport. Please note that the free airport shuttle is from May to end September, the free shuttle to/from the airport will start at 4AM daily. Please note that between 1st May and 30th September - early departures from Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport at 04:00, 04:30, 05:00, 05:30.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Comfortable Airport Hotel with sorely lacking food service
- What did you like most?Excellent service and helpfulness of the front desk staff. Very comfortable beds. Top floors have (3rd +4th floor) soaking tubs AND a separate shower in the bathroom. Easy on the eyes customizable room lighting. Easy to use thermostat that keeps the room very comfortable in winter.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Food Service needs a thorough overhaul. I paid for an included breakfast and dinner plan. Both had significant issues that were a major drawback to staying at an airport hotel where good food options are essential. First the "included dinner" choices were not listed on a menu and we're not known by the waiter. In any case the food in the included dinner was below average and only included 2 courses (no desert). The carrot soup was extremely bland and tasteless and my pasta dish was just ok. At breakfast, the ham had "gone off" and the jar of pecans that were available to add to cereal/granola were so stale that I had to spit them out in a napkin!!
